Our Return Policy for Scented Candles and Air Fresheners

At Monumental Candles, LLC, we would gladly accept returns and exchange within 14 days of delivery, signifying you have 14 days after receiving your merchandise to inquire about a return.

Your item must be in the same state that you received it unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for reimbursement. 

However, we will gladly accept a replacement if you received a broken or damaged item during shipment. To initiate a return, please contact me first at [email protected] with your order number and proof of the damaged item within 72 hours.

Conditions of return

Buyers are accountable for return shipping expenses. If the item is not returned in its original form, the buyer is responsible for any value loss. 

You are not entitled to a refund on:

• Food
• Perishable items, including live plants
• Custom-ordered or custom-made items
• Items that were sold “as is” or as a “final sale.”
• Items with no proof of purchase
• Used items
